  • I am going to go with a Millwall fan I want to sit in our end but can't be arsed waiting an hour after the game its rediculous.
  • Hardly going to keep 300 charlton behind are they its a friendly
  • The last friendly we took about 1,000 and weren't locked in.
  • Take it it'll be pay on the door?
Nah Rodders, they'll just come round with a bucket at half time. We're such honest lads..............;-)
    Lol
  • Don't fancy another lock in life's too short!
  • Is it right that you can't pay on the day for this game. Seems a bit silly, if so.

    I think you can tbh
  • Sold out.

looks like I'm in the millwall end then!
  • Now, now. It doesn't actually say it's sold out does it.
  • No chance, we cant sell it out for a league game.
  • They ran out of tickets and are getting more on monday
  • No chance, we cant sell it out for a league game.
    Can't we?

Oh well, I guess I must've just imagined us selling all our tickets last time we played there and begging for more then. Thanks for putting me straight.
  • What was our original allocation then?
  • Begging for more, LOL.

I am happy to be corrected Offy but I did not think we "sold out" when we played there 2 years ago, wasnt there a thread on here somewhere about people standing up and those with a blocked veiw had to move.

If they could move it meant empty seats??

3,400, I believe? Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe it was their highest ever attendance at the New Den?

If this is correct I apologise because I did not even know they opened the bottom teir, mind you with both teirs open dosent it hold 4,000................meaning we did not sell out :-)

  • we sold out all the tickets we were given...
  • As did millwall but the attendance was only 17k because the police prevented some tickets being sold.

Now that we've got this cleared can we move on?!
  • Safety concerns meant that we couldn't be given the bottom sides. Biggest away support they have had there. Surely, we will not be held in again for a friendly?
  • There will be tickets on the day right?
Sparrows, do you know if there will be some available?
I'm going with a few mates but not sure how many so can only buy on the day really.
  • I'd rather burn the money than give it to Alan Dunne.

    Boycott.
  • I'd rather see Charlton playing football down the road.

    Crack fiend

Im sure there will be EastStand.  They were on the door at the last friendly and we hadnt played for years....this is an even more meaningless match considering weve met in the league a couple of times since and so doubt there will be much interest from either side and they would be doing themselves and Alan Dunne out of money (the whole point of the game) if they arent flogging them on the door.

    I hope so anyway.

If not Im sure it will be fine to just wander round a few pubs in Bermondsey and politely enquire as to whether anyone has any spares ;-)

  • We have sold out the whole of the top tier of the north stand and cafc are waiting on more tickets for the bottom tier so should be a good following there

Sorry but I can't believe that. I would be absolutely amazed if we took even a thousand to this game.
