bailey did more good than bad. apart from THAT. miss.
And managing to find a Swindon player when we were on a 4 on 2 attack which subsequently led to them equalising with 10 men and missing out on promotion?
Had no great expectations for the likes of McCormack or Francis. We were in trouble financially and Parky was doing his best to muster some deals that may or may not have worked out. These players are relatively limited in their capability, we've not been used to that level of player until last two seasons and so those that can't play at the very top of their game week in week out are going to look shite.
We've gone from scraping the barrel to picking out some real prospects of established league 1 players, plus one or two with Championship or Premiership experience too this close season and if they were to have stayed, they could have ended up looking even worse than now alonside better players.

His level is more Gravysend & Northfleet
*gets coat*
Actually, a source tells me he might be heading for a shock move to Knorrwich City!
*gets other coat*
I'm hearing that Arbroth are going to make a move, though some say they're just stirring things up
Already had coat on
I think you're bigging him up too much...
More like Gravys Athletic...
Suppose he'll just have to take stock of his options over the weekend. There's no place for him in Charlton's souped up midfield
*burns coat*
There has got to be a desert with all this lot and Black Nottingham Forest Gateau would do nicely.
Coat on and way way down the road!

Pleased to see them go and us move on....
Now we're cooking!
...and by that I mean reducing to a thick consistency by simmering on a low heat for 2-3 hours...
We're starting to run out of coats here on CL, though...given the gravy theme, maybe boats would be more apt?
"Most Charlton fans are morons.
Semedo had a much worse game against us than McCormack yet they sung his name for 90 minutes."
.............
Perhaps if we want to get rid of him we should be talking him up - what a great loss it would be etc.
Well it might work...
