"Although the final contracts have yet to be signed, the 19-year-old shot-stopper has agreed a two-year deal with the Addicks following an impressive trial at Sparrows Lane.
The two clubs have agreed a compensation package, which will include Charlton taking on Suffolk outfit Bury in a pre-season friendly ahead of the 2012/13 campaign, and the deal is expected to be concluded next month."
I'm shocked. So now we can no longer rely on the OS as a final confirmed done deal locked on FACT!
just said he hopes to go out on loan before saturday to get game time.
I expect he's really looking forward to that, fair play to him
Bury Town were only in the Ryman Prem so if he got a BSP club even that would be a big step up for him... probably more likely go to Conference South though

A sad day
I know, Henry. Shocking that the OS has finally crumbled, just because they've been criticised on Charlton Life by renegade posters.
;o)
Perhaps Nicholas Pope is not a pope after all......but a parson.
Nicholas Parsons.
Twitter is where it's at.
I was interested to see he was on the bench today.
