BR - training since Jan 1st (was running before though), I don't keep track of mileages but built up my Sunday long runs to get in a couple of 20 plussers in Feb and supposedly 3 in March - only turned out to be 1 due to injury but during that time I did some massive hill walking in Scotland (including Ben Nevis twice) which must've done my legs a lot of good and more than made up for lost long runs.
Never done a marathon before, but suspect that will always be my PB 'cos everything just clicked on the day.
Congratulations to all! Salad, don't assume that'll be your best. So much of the marathon is knowing yourself, your preparation and how you react under those circumstances. Sub 3:10 next time!

Well done, Salad. Not bad!
I'd love to see the race report. I'll whisper you.
Decent split. Good move taking it easy in the first half.
Well done Spankie and Buglehorn, can relate to your woes.
That's a great time (and split) Salad! Is that a PB? How long were you training for it? Weekly mileages?
