[cite]Posted By: Covered End[/cite]I saw Dailly's sending off on the TV. Considering the bloke put his boot in Dailly's face, studs first, (although probably an accident, a pub team player going for the ball). I have to say I do have some sympathy for Dailly, who then kicked out backwards at the bloke. It was a natural reaction, which wasn't planned & under the circumstances the ref could have let him off & given both players a yellow.
What a ridiculous thing to say !!!!
"It was a natural reaction" - what planet are you on ?!? Players get kicked in the face all the time but you don't see them all retaliating do you !!
"...& under the circumstances the ref could have let him off & given both players a yellow"
Was this your first football match ??!?!?!
If this was the last match of the season and the result meant something would you have been so tolerable
You can get kicked from pillar to post for the entire match but you can't take the law into your own hands - basic stuff that any group of primary school kids get told when they start playing football

Dick, fair enough Dailly deserved to go but you don't see stand-up-studs-up-karate-kicks in the face every game. How Reid didn't get sent off too is absolutely amazing. Piss poor football matched with piss poor refereeing.

Sorry, no Northern Monkeys. The rules of the Clique are quite clear.
Ask Henry.
