  • We were 3/6. Be 1/6 on Saturday and it won't be me. Not with Cheltenham just over a week away and Doncaster, Kempton, Kelso and Newbury on the telly.

My eldest will be there. Nutter. Bless him.
  • 1/5 of my family

prolly 3 or 4 saturday although that's if i can force my 5 year old to come (child cruelty)
  • [cite]Posted By: paulbaconsarnie[/cite]I'd be surprised if the actual attendance was above 9,500 last night.

I would have said it was a lot lower than that, between 7-8000. And that's being generous.

To be honest, i really don't want to know what the real attendance was.

One thing is for sure, can you really blame those who decided to stay at home ?

no , they have proved they aren't completely mad like the attendees last night

[cite aria-level=0 aria-posinset=0 aria-setsize=0]Posted By: Miserableold-ishgit[/cite]If anyone knows the "fan" who sits in the CoveredEnd Upper, Row EE, Seat 144 (I think), could you please tell him that the seat is actually there to be used. Also, "Oh South London" isn't full of "t*ts, f*nn*es & Charlton" unless he is talking about himself. Thank You.

You were obviously sitting right by him, why didn't you tell him?

Internet warrior if ever I've seen one

    Ha ha !
    "Internet warrior" !

Just thought it might be an idea If anyone knows him to warn him people were pointing him out to stewards last night and they will watching him for the next couple of matches as he stands and blocks peoples views.
Oh, and 1) I sit nowhere near him and 2) I wasn't one of the people reporting him.

[edited]. My mistake. Sorry Mr feesh.
  • Near enough to get his exact seat number ;-)
  • [cite]Posted By: Chirpy Red[/cite]I honestly think the singing thing is overdone.

Middlesboro FA Cup 1/4 (H) and Blackburn away (operation Ewood) just two examples of excellent singing and suport and poor, poor player performances.

    .

Add both Millwall games last season to that happy band.
  • Out of a buch of about 15 of us - split across the stands - there were 4 of us last night. In the pub afterwards none of us could commit to Tranmere, although I suspect commeth the hour commeth the idiots. Anyway as one of the gang rightly pointed out, it's either watch shit football or go to Bluewater with the wife.

Saw people pointing Him out & counted along about 20 seats, that why I said "144 (ish)".
Still, just thought it was worth pointing out incase the heavy mob stewards storm him on Saturday.
  • I completely agree with Chirpy. I've used this example before, Leeds & Arsenal. One has outstanding support but got relegated to div 3 the other has very quiet support and are still in the title hunt.
