Wouldn't be surprised to see him turn out in one or two of the pre-season games. Midfield is looking well stacked now, but there's potentially a spare berth up front. I'd like to add a big phsyical presence with a smidge of pace about him to our mix of strikers, but Euelly should still have it in him to be a touch of class in this division and I would not be at all against him joining. He's versatile and an experienced old head who we're led to believe has grown into a bit of a leader in the dressing room and should be an old pal of Powell's so I'm sure he'd be a positive presence in the squad. I don't get all this never go back bollocks, it's not like we're talking about re-signing Amdy Faye, after all.
Surely this would be a brilliant signing. He's 34 but must still have the legs to cope with Division 3. It seems that he's going to play tomorrow so I reckon that it's going to happen.
Normally you could agrue against signing a fallen Premiership player at the end of his career. In this case it's different: he must have a soft spot for us and want us to be successful and he'll be playing under one of his old teammates. With two of are old successes involved we stand a much better chance of pepping up all the other new players.

It's all about costs and if he's value for money....

He won't be signing to which I'm gutted about!!
Pleased. It's a new era, a clean slate. Lets look forwards not backwards.
