At present, there is a slight issue with CAFC Player, in that a white box is bizarrely appearing at the top of the page. However, the service itself seems to be working fine.
Unfortunately, the white box obscures the 'log-in' link. This isn't the only way to log-in, though.
Simply click on the video you wish to watch, or the Charlton Live story if planning to listen tonight, and a box will appear asking for your log-in details. Proceed as normal.
We tested the Charlton Live boradcast around 20 minutes and everything was coming through fine.

Thanks Matt, Have spent the last 24 hours trying to log in, having contacted Perform when not able to get to listen to the game yesterday. Tried everything they advised (clear cookies, reload Google Chrome, reload Adobe flash, try different explorer, tried different computer). For some bizarre reason Perform decided to change my password, when I couldn't even get to the loggin screen. I even tried to sign in by viewing another video , but nothing seemed to work
However, just tried your suggestion of Charlton Live, and Hurrah! Perhaps you could communicate this alternative loggin on the website - as I tried everything yesterday, and was very frustrated by the end of the evening - it took hours to try all of the workarounds that Perform suggested,
Signed up for this about a month ago...agreed the idea of the content is generally good but whoever films it needs to go and get a new camcorder & mic as the quality even on high is shockingly amateur for a premium service.

Totally agree . The Audio quality is atrocious but the good news is that Charlton Player has improved over the last couple of months. Good job really because you try cancelling. Its impossible.

I do, she's had too much Vino as well!

I get the Charlton player screen up it asks me to sign in I do that then get a whole host of error messages
Then record the voice if one of your mates rambling on aimlessly about any non-football subject and play it in the background.
At the scheduled kick off time, just move your PC monitor across your desk and move your head from side to side in quick random movements.
Saves you 10p a day, updates much quicker and at least you can understand the commentary.
Emma (?) blowing her nose...........
Whats "Buffering ?
It's looking for the coverage feed ... can take a few minutes ... if happens too often, log out and try again
33 percent of the time, CAFC Player FAILS!
I have tried to unsubscribe yet i get no reply whatsoever.
Is this legal?
I'm trying to unsubscribe too. Are they regulated by what used to be offcom?
Can't you just cancel your direct debit with your bank?
It's not a dd - they take it off a card.
