Just started using it but everytime I play a video after I have signed in it asks me to sign in again. I sign in again press play for the video and it does the same thing. Does anyone know this problem and why its doing this? I wana get it working for the Swindon highlights when they come out.

the sign in problem in the original post happens to me too.... as long as you sign in once you can 'close' any pop-ups that come up asking you to sign in again and watch the video without problem i.e. there is a bug, but it doesn't stop you watching the video
I get pissed off with it from time to time... but as an overseas addick this service is great.... it could be better... but live match commentary and dodgy highlights/whole game footage plus interviews and insights is good value at 30-odd quid a year......
the help desk have been quite....er...helpful with any problems I have asked them about

Its a lifeline for us overseas addicks, it has its own issues from time to time but on the whole its does its job.......and this year its better than it has been before.Anybody thinking of joining......DO!
Latest one is I can't get the "Phil praises professionalism" video to work?? It's in the listings, with no thumbnail which is unusual... Just doesn't play?
Any ideas anyone?

I wish that was the case.... I couldn't and still can't get past the sodding registration page.. Tried closing it but whatever video I click on, it keeps chucking me back to the signing in box, and then back to the registration page again... Even if I close down boxes!
Missed the whole match commentary yesterday, and still can't access anything this morning.
Has anyone got the "Phil praises professionalism" video to work on there... They told me that it didn't work at all...
I've just been and tried the "Phil praises professionalsim video" and I cant get it to work either.
However I find the player ok, especially on match days when I use the commentary to update the match thread on here. Living in the midlands and without a DAB radio I can't get the local London/Kent BBC stations to hear the commentary, so I rely heavily on CAFC player. Only trouble is when Emma is broadcasting.....she doesn't commentate....just waffles about hair colours and what happened way back when!!
Finally for just over £39 for the year and with all of the matches on video it keeps me in touch.
One thing I would say is that we always try to respond to feedback. If something isn't working, such as the Parky video mentioned above, please let us know. I uploaded the video in question and checked it was working at the time, but it now seems clear there is a problem. I will investigate tomorrow morning and re-upload it if neccessary.
Regarding any technical issues, I always urge fans to contact website provider Perform to get them resolved on customerservices@performgroup.com. Should you not have any success, by all means get in touch with the club and we also will endeavour to help.

I don't have a problem with the content, etc.... It offers what I want which is why I subbed.... It's just annoying that it's full of tech issues...
Matt, I have been in touch with their support... Tried everything they said, and e-mailed them again today, but they haven't got back to me..
I just can't get past that bloomin' registration page!
I contacted them a couple of weeks ago when I had trouble with the match commentary. To be fair they responded within 48 hours asked me to confirm my registraton and log-in details. They then came back to me within 24 hours apologised for the inconvenience and gave me a free month at the end of my current subscription because of the incomplete commentary. Thats good customer service in my opinion, and they have solved the problem as the commentary has been loud and clear eversince.

Followed all the instructions but keep getting sent back to "Log-in".
Only downside is that Emma woman the commentry she does is woefully poor in content of what is happening on the pitch.
It does a good job really though
Get rid of Emma or atleast educate her on what footie fans want to hear
When I could log in I had this problem... They appear to be beyond helping me via e-mails, as they now asked if they can sort my issue over the phone... I'm still waiting!
NLA. ... Try clicking the "low" option at the bottom of the player, just before playing the video... It's set to "High" by default... That made the audio work much better for me...
Yeah, and I was in there! As described on another thread it's a box bhind the directors box. You had Sky, BBC Essex and London as well as Hospital Radio crammed into something like a 6x4 shed! All shouting like maniacs, surreal.
Not many things are a rip off at 10p a day but this is..
i emailed the support and was told to check the cache, cookies etc ... its not allowing me to access the sign in with, without cookies, cookie monsters and am a tad pished off
