Weather will be fine tonight people - slap that apathy into touch.
I never struggle to park - I stick mine outside some houses up the road from the stadium (towards Bexleyheath) but then I always get there early.
Travel difficulties and personal commitments are one thing but apathy alone is no excuse for non attendance. I can't wait to get there tonight and see the team, kit, players and see some live football. It's been a long few months and all we've had is a crap world cup to watch. This is real football and I can't wait
Sorry, Swisdom . Where Charlton is concerned I am definitely NOT apathetic but I gave up on the annual trip to Welling circa 5 years ago when I decided to save my money for the real thing IYKWIM. Far too many team changes during the 90 mins for my liking and minimal chance of seeing a decent match...
Did every pre season friendly some years back though...learnt my lesson the hard & expensive way !

Then you missed Martin Christensen. It's rare moments like this that make the 60 mile home trip bearable
Come on guys, youve just nearly been promoted and have some good youngsters. Get behind them.
Apathy is awful, its teh summer, life is short, and after our country were awful in the world cup, we get the chance to support and watch the players we choose to pay to watch.
This is our england, this is what matters. yes its only a friendly, but its our team playing and think of the friends and family we have that no longer are with us to have a choice of wether to go or not.
Grab your coats loves youve pulled. See you at Welling.
This is football not watching lampard and co swan around.

That's a bit OTT!
If I can't get back in time, I can't get back in time.
All the best for next season, except for when you're playing Bromley. ;-)
