[cite]Posted By: oohaahmortimer[/cite]with no reid , bailey , dare i say it sam or shelvey i'm not sure where the edge of the seat excitment will come from ...
we have a very limited team imo atm
a few grafters with more effort than skill
can't see where the goals will come from
So give Parky a break, mate ........ give him a chance to at least finish his teambuilding, before making your sly digs.
i said we have a very limited team imo atm , i'm just giving my opinions as to how i see it atm , i'm sorry it doesn't sit pretty in oggyland but i don't think i'm the one making sly digs here

Well we will have to see......
As usual its alot down to psychology......
A couple of wins early doors and we off and running, a couple of losers.. different story.....
Slowly getting there and in recent years I can't remember signing 4 players and most fans being very happy with 3 of them. I guess it helps that they're players we know a fair bit about already.
I was pessimistic at the start of this thread but now I am quite excited, well pleased with Jackson, Kyle and Doherty, don't really know anything about McCormack but from what people say about him here, he was the kinda midfielder needed. Dailly as well was a great boost. Still work to be done but slowly but surely...
Parky said 7 earlier. You forgot a goalkeeper, and I'd imagine another right winger. Possibly a central midfielder but I doubt it. I guess Jackson and hopefully a fit Youga will be enough for left back.
Actually just listened to Parky's interview, he's including Dailly in the 8, and said now we've got him we probably need 7. That was before Reid was signed, so probably is 6.
Goalkeeper, right back, right midfield, 3 strikers? With Semedo, Youga and the young players we surely have cover at centre back. Jackson as the versatile player covering left back, left midfield and central midfield.
Be interesting to see which trialists are involved tomorrow. With Dailly and Reid there are two less spaces in the squad for the game.

Interesting, yes.
Fun? That remains to be determined.
What are the odds when dealing from a weakened position?
