Elliot - 8 A trio of VG stops plus good distribution

Richardson - 7 occasionally gave the ball away and got caught out but otherwise strong

Dailly - 7 played off Llera and won his battles. Settled well after a few early scares.

Llera - 7.5 agressive and dominant

Jackson - 8 was looking at his defensive game and didn't seem too get much wrong. Great passing and link up with Reid. Like his driven corners even if they didn't come off. And all on two days training.

Sam - 7 attacked them and passed the ball well. Just get wide and spread their back four out more Lloyd.

Bailey - 7 should have scored and gave the ball away with his turn back inside trick but another skipper's performance

Racon - 7.5 still not sure about his defensive side but was getting closer to the influence he had early season. Good trap and turn for the 2nd goal

Reid - 8 Great goal and ran them ragged on both flanks until looking a little tired with 10 to go. Impressed with how he worked with Jackson and covered LB when needed. Worked hard without the ball too

Burton - 7 More like the Burton we know. Holds up the ball and has brains. Could have done better with the chance early on

Mooney - 6.5 Frustrated because he dropped into the"hole", passed well to set up others and scored with a good finish but spent too long looking for fouls. Had other chances to score but seemed to lack conviction. Still much improved on his last outings.
  • Elliot - 7.5 very important saves and seems to be very confident these days.
Richardson - 6.5 can be a threatening force when supporting runs up the wing.
Dailly - 6.5 not back to the form he displayed before injury when he was Mr. Consistent, but I'd rather be with him than without.
Llera - 7 always gives everything, and had a good game.
Jackson - 7.5 impressive debut, and could be very important to the team until Kelly returns.
Sam - 7.5 I felt that the commentators at the Bristol game were over-the-top about his display on Monday, but today better warranted the praise. Not scared to get stuck in but he does seem to tire late in the game.
Bailey - 6.5 he would be the first to admit this was not one of his best displays, but still did enough to worry Yeovil.
Racon - 8 a welcome return to form, and could have been my man of the match
Reid - 8.5 my first live sighting of Reid and I am impressed ... so sorry Therry, on reflection Kyel Reid wins man of the match.
Burton - 6.5 a better performance and wins a lot in the air. Have to assume that his hernia means he is not 100% but we cannot afford to let him have the op until season end
Mooney - 6.5 impressed that he was back after a nasty knock on Monday, did excellently with the goal and worked very hard, but I still have a small concern that he is too lightweight at times when it matters.

  • Elliot - 9 - what more can he do ? Amazing performance, he's becoming a very very good 'keeper
    Richardson - 6.5
    Dailly - 6.5
    Llera - 7
Jackson - 7.5 - like the look of this guy
    Sam - 7
Bailey - 6 - poor by his standards, decent by everyone elses
    Racon -7
    Reid - 8
    Burton - 7
Mooney - 6.5 - his goal seemed to fill him with confidence, some wasted chances beforehand
  • Elliot - 7.5 Three great saves
Richardson - 7 - Good going forward solid at the back
Dailly - 7 - Good Solid performance, like his driving runs into space
Llera - 7.5 - Collosus at the back 2 good blocks and 1 amazing last ditch tackle, also got rid of much of the long hopefully hoof up field
Jackson - 7 - Good debut liked up with reid well, although didnt appear to be tested at the back
Sam - 6.5 - Quiet but when got the ball looked dangerous, stretched play
Bailey - 6.5 - Played well being the anchor in second half was a bit all over place in first
Racon - 7 - Best game for a while for us, great dribbling and was even challanging in the air, tired v early though
Reid - 7.5 MOM - Great to have genuine outlets left and right sides now, bags of pace, skill and very direct, great player with ball and runs/hastles without it
Burton - 6.5 - Back to his combative self
Mooney - 7 - Found alot of space dropped deep to recieve ball and give another option rather than hoofing it over last man, good finish should have tested keeper with the other couple of chance had though
  • Passing the ball around again at last. Weak opposition though.

Yeovil weren't particularly good, so while we played well and as a team it was a good performance, I can't give out 7+ to everyone.

Elliot - 7.5 - Important saves but a few poor decisions
Richardson - 7 - Fairly good game but a lot of play went down the left especially in the second half
Dailly - 6.5 - Did his job but something about him doesn't seem quite as good as he was in the first half the season.
Llera - 8 - Really pleased with him yesterday, really good game, cut out the long balls, looked more solid than usual.
Jackson - 7 - Good game, composed, but wasn't really tested so won't go over the top with his rating.
Sam - 6.5 - Did ok but like I said about Richardson, play went down the left. He needs to the ball to show what he can do.
Bailey - 6.5 - Good game in the end, but his passing still isn't right. Maybe he's just trying to be too good with it, I'm not too sure. When he gets his passing right he hardly gives it away. Still very important for us, but makes a few mistakes that go unnoticed.
Racon - 6.5 - Did well to set up the goal, was the right game to play him instead of Semedo. Can still play better, few mistakes but it was a perfect game for him, we passed the ball and there was space for him to play.
Reid - 7.5 - Dangerous all game, like Sam as a typical winger he'll make silly mistakes, make some bad decisions, won't always get the final ball right, but he played well. An important goal as well, he had a lot of options but went for the ambitious shot, luckily it went in. Great to have a proper left winger in the team, and in open games like yesterday, it's just what we need.
Burton - 6.5 - He'll never win loads of headers, but we cut out the long balls and it helps. Did well but like others have seen him play better. Important player for us, none of the other strikers can do what he does.
Mooney - 7 - Much more like when he first signed for us. Has a decent touch and links the play much better than Akpo/McLeod/Dickson. Despite his lack of strength and power, he's a decent player at this level when playing well.

  • can i just say that i did not think yeovil were weaker than most sides at the valley they were no worse than leyton orient yet look what happened there, the obvious thjing to me is that by just going by the ratings we had more players at at least 7 out of 10's than we have in the last 5 matches

Fair point though they could say they didn't play to well. They've surely played better than that, especially when it comes to taking their chances. Not the worst side I've seen but we played well, they didn't take their chances.

  • Elliot -7.5 - Keeps us in most games and what great saves.(MOM)
Richardson - 7.0 starting to look like his usall self again
Dailly - 7.0 Kept track of his man extremlly well
Llera - 7.5 Starting to remeber what he was like at the begining of the season, good player at this level especailly with that 70 yard boot
Jackson - 6.5 done well with his link up play and going foward got caught out abit on the left but well let that pass
Sam - 6.5 looked tired in the middle of the second half but done well and caused problems
    Bailey - 6.5 No wonder he's captain
Racon - 6.5 Settled after a while and showed good composer for the assit (2nd goal)
Reid - 8.0 Constant Threat and what a banger of a goal
Burton - 7.0 as ever was a thorn in the oppositions defence should of scored.
Mooney - 7.0 good goal, had alot of chances

I think we coped quite well with the height of some of the Yoevil players.
  • Elliot - 8
    Richardson - 6
    Dailly - 6.5
    Llera - 7
Jackson - 7.5 - linked up with Reid really well, made some great runs allowing passes inside the full back to be made
    Sam - 5.5
Bailey - 6 - great tackling but some wayward passing; needs to keep things simple
    Racon - 6
    Reid - 8

  • Elliot - 8.5 kept us in it with 3 smart saves MOM
Richardson - 6 good going forward slightly exposed once or twice but always consistent
Dailly - 6 Nothing good or bad but just get the feeling the number of games he has played is catching up with him
Llera - 8 excellent match. Togh choice between him and Robbie for MOM but Robbie shades it for me
Jackson - 7.5 Very promising debut. Looks a good signing
Sam - 6.5 The usual mix of good and not so good but put it in I felt
Bailey - 6.5 Not as influential as normal and surpprisingly missed his 1 on 1. Kept battling though.
Racon - 6 His assist for Mooney's goal brought him back up to 6 from 5. Would rather see Jonjo there personally.
Reid - 7 worked hard, deserved his little bit of luck with the keeper deflecting his shot and linked well with Jackson
Burton - 7 His usual unglamorous role of lay offs and bringing others into the game
Mooney - 7 Clinical finish for the goal. Intelligent running off the ball and always made himself available to the midfield for a pass.
