Agreed. Some of our fans were suggesting that he might have turned the corner at the start of the season. He's a complete bag of shit. I hope we loan him to Iran.
[cite]Posted By: SantaClaus[/cite]The way he got booked for taking off his shirt after shinning each of his goals summed the guy up, complete retard. i'm sure his family are proud.
Harsh. Seem to remember one being a very good header.
Silly but IMHO understandable to take his shirt off the first time. Stupid and unforgivable to do it again.
Proves the point that managers can try everything to get players to improve but sometimes it needs the players to respond.
It can't all be done to "poor man management" by the boss every time.
Another example of a wasted talent, however would not bet against him doing a Jerome Thomas and realising he will be on last chance saloon. Thomas has been superb for WBA. Typically by the time McLeod comes good, he will be long gone from the Valley.

maybe but McLeods never looked naturally talented to me (compared to someone like Jerome Thomas.
Can't imagine him playing regularly above this league.

depends on the manager. Parky after a run of bad form "poor man management". Lambert at Norwich "won't put up with idioitic players".
[cite]Posted By: Swisdom[/cite]If he's been daft can we not sack him for his I'll discipline?
If I'm a twat at work I get sacked - can this not apply to footballers?
We could sack him, but then we couldn't sell him. So we're effectively releasing an asset for nothing. Unfortunately people like us don't carry hundreds of thousands pounds worth of value, so will be more readily sacked!

Like we'd get hundreds of thousands of pounds for McLeod!
Interesting take on things BB, any source for that?
Could be that the players were right or just that the Club were happy to use the row as a reason to get rid of Cooper who couldn't even get his side to beat potless Palace.
Interesting effect McLeod has. Peterborourgh Manager is sacked after he goes there and the Hearts Manager who also tried to get him on loan got sacked as well last week.

Perhaps he played his part in getting Pardew sacked?
The arsehole fell out with Millwall manager last season and they also tried to send him back. There is something seriously wrong with the prat and I hope we get shot of him at the end of the season.
What a waste of a million pound Pardew, you to$$er.
Did anyone read right at the end of the article, describing the reaction of players when they heard their manager had been sacked?:
".....However, the most telling smoke signal came after the training on Monday.
Before order was restored when they caught sight of the waiting media, the Motherwell team bus was awash with so much communal singing you would have thought they had just ended that poor run of seven games without a win."
