''Norwich's midfield maestro Wes Hoolahan is being linked to a £2.5m move to Hull City IF the Tigers decide to offload Stephen Hunt to Wolves for £5m."
[cite]Posted By: Chris_from_Sidcup[/cite]Saw this on the BBC site which made me chuckle
""I work at a scrap heap and I just saw Michael Owen getting dropped off."
Yeah me too, bit harsh though! i dont get it they haven't really given Owen much of a chance, but Sir Alex knows best clearly after yesterdays performance against arsenal
[cite]Posted By: Swisdom[/cite]Rumours around Meadow Lane is Lee Hughes is in talks with Milwall
A match made in heaven if ever there was one
Lee Hughes might not be on everyones christmas card list following his stretch inside but he knows were the net is, this could be bad news for us if he joins any one of our play off rivals because automatic promotion is looking less likely as each game goes by for us.
[cite]Posted By: Swisdom[/cite]West Ham and Pompey after Kezman
I wonder who he'd choose. A club who've recently enjoyed a takeover by owners aiming for Europe in the next few years, or a club rooted to the bottom who haven't paid their players on time for 4 months.
Colchester have made the deal of on-loan midfielder David Prutton permanent after Leeds agreed to cancel his contract.
Dutch international defender Edson Braafheid has joined Celtic on loan from Bayern Munich until the end of this season.
Celtic seem to have signed about 10 players in this window.
Also someone mentioned Gareth Ainsworth earlier, he's just signed for Wycombe.

Not a bad signing for them. Scored an absolute screamer about 2 mins into his debut last week.
The fact that the most number of League starts of 53 was at his first Club, Brentford, rather says at all. For at least two games management and fans think they've made a good signing.
Comments
I hate him - but he IS effective
Think thats what everyone thinks, we would probably love him if he played for us :-)
Celtic doing quite a few deals today.[/quote]

Then reality sinks in.
Doesn't the loan market close later?
Shut 1 week.
Then re-opens for non-Prem clubs from next Monday, 8th Feb until Thursday night 25 March.
Saw something about Izale perhaps coming back as well. All we need having to pay those two loads dosh for bugger all!
