Just started snowing in Bromley.

Realise it's been sort of done to death folks but bere it comes again and pretty heavy too................as forecast!!!

    And in Greenhithe, the forecast on BBC is for light snow all day except at 3pm when it changes to heavy snow!!!!

    Had a fair bit of snow last night down here in Maidstone but now it is cloudy and noticeably colder with an icy wind.
    Pretty tho ;-)

    Very heavy snow here on the Downs near Maidstone and it is drifting. Haven't been able to get out since Tuesday - may be many days before we can! Our two wheel drive cars can't cope with the hills - there are times when we wish we could afford a 4 x 4!.

    We've had a whole week of brilliant sunshine, it's been fantastic ...... but iron hard frost at night, which hasn't thawed during the day.

    Apart from Weds morning when we woke up to a dusting of snow, we've had none.
    Although the moors in the distance still look very white against blue sky and bright sunshine.

    Bitter Easterly wind blowing though, wind chill factor feels like minus 100, ha ha ....... but lovely sunny weather means everybody is in lovely sunny spirits.

    So anyway, what's all this about a bit of snow ......?

    Snowed in Maidstone from 6am-8am solid, stopped for an hour then a blizzard since then (over 4 hours).
    SO DEEP now, esp after yesterday and the previous day!!
