Had a quiet word, discussed each other's point of view, resolved it and he's back in the team and scoring. I appreciate there's slightly different circumstances, but this would strike me as the ideal way to resolve a workplace issue.

Was this before or after Malouda has criticised Ancelotti's preferential treatment of Frank Lampard and hinted in the press that he would have to leave Chelsea?
