  • Im in Medway and currently more or less snowed in on high ground, my gig was called off tonight fortunately in Maidstone and a colleague of mine had to sub contract his job out because he is snowed in also in Maidstone. I think we have had the worst of it here but fortunately im very close to the m2/a2, Im gonna endevour to leave here at 1015 in the morning with a view to getting to the pub at 11am so hoping that there wont be another mountain load tonight.

I expect there will be many stories on here come Monday on who didnt make it..Good luck to all and fingers crossed the game goes ahead for the majority who will get there.

  • After taking the dog for a walk this morning, I can report that there was only 2 inches around fanny
  • Operation stack - don't know if this will affect VE?
  • A2 closed between Dover and Faversham in both directions. Scheduled to re-open at 11.
  • Anyone ?
Whats the Road & Path situation in SE7 Please ?
  • Just got a text from a mate who lives up by the village. He says it's OK and should go ahead.

There's no more snow forecast so it must be assumed they'd have called it off by now if they were going to.
  • We can't get out of our road. Even 4 wheel drives hace struggled and I don't have one of those.

Well p***** off I'm almost certainly going to miss this.
  • Re VE, difficulties getting onto site but reported at 9:15, all coaches were on their way to destinations with no problems reported.
  • Been to Charlton this morning; folks out gritting the pavements. All roads and access seems as per usual. The game will certainly be going ahead, and let's sing up!
