As for your comments re: London?. This is coming from someone who lives in a town based on a Soviet era Russian slum that appears to have been constructed from lego.
No-one on here is ignorant of the MK Dons story.......it's so short that it takes no longer than 5 mins to take it all in. Actually I am fascinated by the whole new town and garden city concept, purely from an academic standpoint. I wouldn't want to live in one of the fifties/sixties constructs of course. But some of the victorian ones like Bourneville, Port Sunlight and the Rowntree one are nice.
Course my misses says I am incredibly boring when I get taking about this subject.
