His son has tweeted that there will be a new album ... excellent!

  • anyone listened to tame impala's album?
its been voted as the one of the best albums of last year but i just can’t get over it sounding like so many others, john lennon, pink floyd etc...

I really like it Karim. I get the Lennon/Beatles/Floyd references - some great mixes of Elephant (as well as T-Rex) really bring this out - but that's not a bad thing :)
  • Orbital - In Sides
    Deftones - Koi No Yokan
Isley Brothers - Harvest For The World
  • Bowie - Where are we now. Unnerving video but a big step up from the dross of 10 years ago.

I know what you mean its not a bad thing to sound like that. only listened to it once on spotify so should give it another go. cant have all this acclaim over nothing.

check out gross magic, its a band i saw a year ago who had that psychedelic thing going on.

keep the HMV bag, it could be very valuable to your grandchildren as a momento of the days when shops were actual buildings
