I went to see Jimmie Dale Gilmore years ago at the Garage Highbury & Islington, he didn't disappoint. I really love his voice.Lincsaddick said:1 -

Reminds me of Willie Nelson, another Texan .. I had never heard of him before his track with Dave Alvin was mentioned by one of my favourite authors, John Sandford, so, I had a listen ((:>)sillav nitram said:

Live at the Albert Hall, one of Jimi's best concerts, which had its world premier last month, I have a bootleg copy, and although the film is not the best quality the audio is fine. This preview shows the colour and the promise of what I am told by the people who went was a great gig. After 50 long years, I bloodywell hope so!. Love the idea that people could walk across the stage literally, and that sound system, with a wall of Marshall's all cranked up, by Roger Mayer must have been awesome, He must have looked like a man from outer space, he certainly played like no one else did at the time, and few if any have ever
since.......

Just discovered Gerry Cinnamon. Excellent stuff. A bit prone to effing and jefffing which I don’t like too much and I think I’m about 30 years too old for his live shows but the boy is excellent. By all accounts he has little regard for the music business either. Good lad.0

Yeah, but I get the impression, perhaps wrongly, that he refuses a record deal and pretty much arranged everything himself/with a small team via Facebook. Claims he’s in the business for a couple of years till he gets all his songs out there and will the disappear. We’ll see.Lincsaddick said:
