the actual documentary goes bit downhill after episode 3. the self obsession these guys have gets a bit too much to stomach. still, they made some decent music over the years.
not a fan myself but I did read a good book recently by Donald Fagan, 'Eminent Hipsters'. worth a look if you haven't already.
thanks for the recommendation .. read this over the weekend .. he's a brilliant raconteur .. pity really that the book is so short .. short & sweet ((:>)

great album. my personal favourite is his version of Stings (who I couldn't believe wrote this song) 'I Hung my Head'
