Semedo - 8 came on and changed the game, suddenly we had movement in the middle of the pitch and Racon also benefited from this. It's no coincidence that we became the better team once Semedo came onto the pitch
Elliot - 7.5 Two point winning saves, starting to catch a few crosses, great throw out, decision making will improve with experience.

Youga - 8 - Back to the way he was when he came back from Scunthorpe. Helps us get up the pitch through his running with the ball, cutting out the mistakes, confidence makes so much difference with him.
Sam - 6.5 - Did ok but can do better
Racon - 7 - Good game, was an improvement to see him get into more goalscoring positions, shame he couldn't score any. If he keeps doing that he'll start getting the odd goal.
Bailey - 7 - Again decent game, always see him covering for Youga if he ends up at left midfield, works hard as usual.
Burton - 7 - Decent game, did his job as usual
Spring - 7 - Played fairly well but he just can't offer what Semedo can. Reminds me of Holland or Bryan Hughes. Won't do much wrong, but just can't offer things other players can.
McLeod - 6.5 - Still find him frustrating to watch, but in the end, we create chances with him in the team. Even when he misses them he keeps doing and he got the winning goal. A very limited player, but has enough about him to be a threat. Just having pace up front gives the midfield more options and we create chances we wouldn't otherwise create.
Semedo - 7.5 - Spring did nothing really wrong, but he's just not Semedo. He plays better with Racon than Spring does, apart from a decent long range shot and set pieces, has everything Spring does and more. Stronger, quicker, more aggressive and in the end the better ball winner. He needs to be in the team. He might not be great going forward, but he's actually quite comfortable on the ball for his type of player, not just a supposed destroyer like say an Amdy Faye
Pleased to see Parky take a chance on McLeod, I said before the game on here his pace helps us create chances, and Parky has seen that. Sodje back in for Llera was right as well. Adds pace and although he makes mistakes he's that bit better than Llera to make a difference. Surprised to Semedo on at half time but it was a good decision. Wagstaff for Sam is predictable but it's giving him a bit of experience each game. Right decision to rest Shelvey, as good as he is, our other midfielders are on a similar level at this stage of his career and fortunately we're good enough not to have to rely on him to create chances.

Burton - 7.5 has a great first touch, battled well in the air, flicked on a lot of balls and wasnt helped at all by the officals
Spring - 6.5 had a decent game but gave the runners to much space (i thought)
McLeod - 7.5 hes proing himself he really trubbles defenders, is good in the air and has the pace to get around them, hes only goning to get better as his confidence grows, good prospect for the near future (i hope)
Semedo - 7.0 he came on and i think we looked a little sharper with better passing and better possesion had a moment of madness but still overall played well
Officals - The officals we get at the Valley are completly ........... people say home teams and the top temas in the leagues get the advatages but i havent seen it happen .It actually seems to be the reverse and the actaull refereeing is poor there was a elbow in racons face throw ins given the wrong way foul thorws.....endless
