1st Priority: season-ticket holders with Valley Gold membership since June 2009 or season-ticket holders who have purchased places for two away games
2nd Priority: Season-ticket holders, Valley Gold membersandfans who have purchased tickets for two away games
3rd Priority: ST Holders
4th Priority: General Sale

I'd say 3rd priority is General Sale, as you already have season-ticket holders in the 2nd priority bucket

Only season ticket holders who were Valley Gold or with an away purchase history were 2nd priority I think. (?)
[cite]Posted By: The Red Robin[/cite]But non-season ticket holders who had been to two away games still got priority over the standard season ticket holder who hadn't
No they didn't. They went on sale to standard season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders with away history simultaneously this morning.

Sorry but I can't understand the fuss about this - think the club got it spot on. They made sure that the clubs most loyal supporters - those who go home and away and those who spend money on a season ticket and pay into Valley Gold got priority as they should haver done. There were still plenty left this morning when they opened up the buying criteria this morning - the club has publicised the dates at which the tickets go on sale to each category of supporters as much as it could be expected to, in the programme, local media and several times on the website. If you missed out then I'm afraid that's cos you didn't get on the phone early enough, not because the club didn't allocate them correctly.

Am i being stupid here or is your 3rd priority (ST holders) already part of the 2nd priority?
I read it as this morning, any ST holder, any VG memeber or any non-ST holder who'd bought 2 away tickets could buy them. And not before today.
Would be even more frustrating for fans who havent got tickets is to see the Charlton fans surronded by a load of black meshing in which covers 600 plus seats.........if i was Scally i would look to free up some more areas within the ground and maximize on the sales.............we are the no one club in Kent after all

But shouldn't the non-season ticket holders with away purchase history been made to wait longer?
I blame the ticket office for me not getting 2 for not asking for my membership number when getting Norwich tickets, what total knobs they are, shall send them hate mail now
[cite]Posted By: LenGlover[/cite]I thought the people who got first dibs were season ticket holders who had been to two away games and season ticket holders with Valley Gold.
I didn't realise non- season ticket holders who had been to two away games got priority over remaining season ticket holders. That is wrong if true. Season ticket holders showed commitment when the Club needed the money and that should be recognised in my opinion.
You are right Len. It was sst's with either VG or two aways from this season. You HAD to be a season ticket holder first and foremost so RedRobin has got this totally wrong.
ST holders who are ST holders and have been ST holders for at least the first couple of months of this season and have been to games where they spoke to another ST holder or a ST holder from last season should have had priority but only if they are really ST holders and so could name at leass 3 other ST holders (not including family members).
I think the Club had it spot on. They have to reward VG as it's part of the reason fans sign up and they had to reward those who have already been away this season, as long as both were season ticket holders. Then it's other season ticket holders, who havn't been away yet this season and those that can prove they have been to two away games this season. I fail to see why a season ticket holder who hasn't been away yet this season but wants to go to Gillingham because it is a nice and easy trip should get priority over someone who has been to say Hartlepool and Tranmere because they could for whatever reason but are not season ticket holders. Any prioritising would always get someone complaining but to me this seems very fair.

What about non-Valley Gold season ticket holders who had been to one away game...

And one that went to 2 but the ticket office didnt ask for the membership number when getting the other ticket
Then they've learnt a valuable lesson in being quick off the mark on the day tickets become eligible to them. There were over 700 left this morning,

Surely they fit the 1st priority condition then!

They were first priority. Until this morning, they were the only people who have been able to buy tickets since they went on sale two weeks ago.
so you could get one if you have never been to an away match, but know someone (willing to get you a ticket) who qualifies with the above criteria.
for a child.
yes thats correct - plus priority for anyone who purchased the goalkeeping socks.
They will only ever go on General Sale to ST holders (and even then only those that actually live in SE7)
