Too right. Glad you see it that way too. Now, would you mind changing that post please? Not sure what bit I object to yet, but can I let you know?

LOL, guilty as charged of being a concilliator!

You learn something new every day, I could have sworn you could not change the title once submitted.
I believe this guy will be a massive plus (in league 1) for us once he gets going, when he comes on always creates a chance and forces a save. He gives the manager a different option, and changes the dynamic of the team's attacking play of which central defenders do not like. My only concern is he is obviously a big confidence player so needs support from all, inlcuding the fans.
i think he was just what we needed on saturday, jonjo looked a bit tired at that stage and we was under some pressure.
when Izale come on he straight away caused trouble with his pace and gave us that 10 min of breathing space to make double sure that we did not make it a nervous last few minutes.
[cite]Posted By: ross[/cite]The perfect partner for Burton imo. Just who would you drop to fit him in.....?
if Jonjo is still looking good at the 70 min mark drop bailey bring JJ across to LM or if JJ lagging there ya go straight swap.
if it is in a situation like Saturday where JJ looked tired and we are tring to keep a lead keep Bailey on do win the tackles with Jose and Racon and let Izale run at the tired defenders who now have a diffrent sort of player to deal with.
i thought he looked good and he has played like a clown in the past for us but on saturday his cameo was a highlight so fair play to him and good luck long may his form improve ...

Agreed.
Altough he obviously would love to JJ is not going to be physically capable of playing 46 complete matches nor is Christian Dailly but that is another issue. Lloyd Sam also often runs out of gas around the 70-75 minute mark so if Izale and Waggy can rise to the challenge their pace could do some serious damage to tiring defences if we go 4-4-2 for the last 20 or so.

Well said!
This lad seems about to come good.
He was almost destroyed within and totally bereft of confidence and self-belief.
If we get behind McLeod, he'll cause mayhem as an impact sub against tiring defenders, and grab goals himself.
But get behind him!
