[cite]Posted By: All_Thaid_Up[/cite]I think it great news.
However, the cynic in me notices it comes a day after chelski are banned from signing players for 2 transfer windows. Surely a coincidence?.
We all know he will go eventually, so its great to enjoy him while we can. Good on the boy for his commitment.
The cynic in you is very wrong because this was sorted long before the transfer window closed. He had no intention of going to Chelsea as i stated on here lots of times. Do you really think a deal would be done that quickly after hearing the chelsea news ???
Hear hear. It's really good to hear that the deal was tied up a while ago. I think Jonjo and his family/advisors should be congratulated for the level headed way they approach his blossoming clear.
I bet Bostock's Dad regrets the decision they made to chase after the big time too early. What better experience could a young 17 year old lad get than playing a leading role for a team playing in a competitive league such as ours. Does it matter that it's third tier? No, much better to play at match intensity than at the 75% that most reserve games are played at.
Of course there are benefits to the club in that it has a player of great potential and worth in contract for a longer period. Thats the reality of football these days.

Big it up for the unsung hero of CAFC Mr Chris Parkes.
