Mozilla Firefox doesn't work for me on my Asus EEE (though that may be to do with Linux...)
It ought to work on MFF though, after all, they took my money...
I am on Firefox and it worked today but there were some outages - could have been my aged PC though. Worked well last year from Madeira and the States on an Advent Netbook.
I have a 20meg connection and it seemed to pause today for 1-2 seconds every now and then during commentry.
won't work on Internet Explorer, everytime I click a page it loads for a split second then redirects to page not found or google... works fine on Firefox for me though.

Currently downloading firefox but doubt it will solve the problem. Their customer service is a shambles had to send them 2 mails and got a generic email that had nothing to do with my question. so for the last 3 days i've been emailing them but haven't had an answer. Am getting increasingly p.ssed off by the minute.
Just had a call from the club promoting the new version. 3 months for £4.99 to previous subscribers (i cancelled 'cause it wouldn't work).
Conversation started......"Hello Mr Ryan this is Charlton Athletic football club"
My response, "Hello, are you looking for someone to play upfront on Saturday?"
"Err...yes...we might need to"
The commentary now seems reliable: I haven't had a problem now for several months.
I just wish that the videos were better in that the picture doesn't fit completely into the space provided (and I cannot enlarge the picture before anyone suggests that - it doesn't work in this town with any site).
Still working well, the odd moment when the wires get crossed and you get commentary from another game, but by and large it does what it says on the tin!

Shrew, I had this problem!! whilst using latest Internet Explorer.
Switch to using Firefox (http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/) and no problems at all.
You might find firefox works for you as well... ?
