No. Although Dalglish played in those decades he didn't score in the league until 1971 and he didn't score for Liverpool in the 90's.

Scotland. First there was Hibernian in 1956, then Glasgow Rangers in 1960, then Dundee in 1963, then Glasgow Celtic in 1967.
