I suspect Len's team is more likely, possibly with the addition of a trialist somewhere. I don't think that we'll play any of those out of contract who haven't yet signed new deals.

True, we'll get some silly low rip off price just like we did with Hudson.
What's up with Semedo or Moots? I've lost track...altho know Moots not rated by PP (but heh, PP's not rated by me)...he's stil around and in contract tho isn't he?

Both of them signed long term contracts at the time, so have at least a year if not two years left.
Be interesting to see how they do if either of them stay. Would be happy to see either of them get a proper run at right back myself, although I know not everyone agrees.
Elliot someone on loan, Fortune, Leara, Youga
Sam, Semedo, Racon, spring, wagstaff or basey
burton
Do you think we'll have anyone on loan by Wednesday? More likely he'll look to sign players permanently and get loans later on if we can't get anyone.
spot on. suppose i was really making the point he will play less than average players with five in midfield so as not to lose the game. rather than just try to actually try and win one!
Much more likely to see 4-4-2 throughout pre-season and into next season than we were last season. Parkinson has actually said it's his preferred formation.
I can see him trying out a few combinations. Hopefully Gray or Burton, not both, with one of Dickson, McLeod or Fleetwood.
Not that I have complete confidence in any of them for different reasons, but for now they are all we've got, plus Tuna and the other youth players.
fourtune yet to resign and bailey in talks elsewhere, no point risking any future out transfers will be interesting to see the squad, and of course the new home kit....

Surely the new kit will be up on the OS sometime today. Or will they just leave it for everyone to see at the Welling game?
Likely to see a different line up in each half. Andy Gray won't make it, but everyone else should. I think Sinclair might still be injured.
I think he'll mix it up when it comes to experience, so something like...
First half
Elliot
Solly Fortune Llera Clark
Sam Racon Spring Basey
Dickson Burton
Second half
Randolph
Yassin Mambo Semedo Youga
Wagstaff Shelvey Bailey Tuna
Fleetwood McLeod
Though it wouldn't surprise me to see either a few trialists or u18s in there. Clearly a lack of options on the wing, Tuna might end up playing out wide.
Fortune is still here, he returned to training this week after recovering from his injury
Jose Semedo is fully fit after last season's ankle problem and, in a further boost, defender Jonathan Fortune, who is in discussions with the club regarding a new contract, returned to training this week after recovering from the ruptured Achilles tendon suffered against Crystal Palace at The Valley in January.
With Semedo, Racon, Fortune, Gray and Sinclair all likely to miss the game I guess we'll either see a few more youth players involved. Unless like I said we've got anyone on trial.

Would prefer to see Burton or Gray with Dickson/McLeod/Fleetwood to try and get a proper balanced partnership going.

Aren't Fortune and Semedo injured?

Bit more news.
