Cheers JVL, must admit, I did see Hamish at the 606 once - very good he was too. I assume he lives Faversham way?

Yup, he ran the Three Mariners pub in Oare for ages. Had a very good mini-festival thing, Moarefest, for a couple of years.

    1st Album - Dire Straits
    Communique

Not too keen on the others after these
  • Just played sudjan’s Carrie and Lowell on vinyl for the first time in at least a few months what a completely brilliant album
  • Alison Moyet - 'Alf'.
  • On a real Paul Brady rediscovery jag at the moment. Today the magnificent HARD STATION.
  • Frightened Rabbit - Midnight Organ Fight.

Listened to it non stop since Scott's death. Still so good.
  • Sumday - Grandaddy

Solid Air is great. Inside Out from later that same year is even better.
  • Adam and the Ants - Kings of the Wild Frontier
  • Just listening to Jefferson Airplane and then a bit of Curved Air before setting off to work. King Crimson for the car.
