Totally underwelmed if DNG is the best we can attract on loan!

Can't see the point of loaning out BWP and Green if we cant replace them with better!

    This and DNG is shite.
  • Sometimes it's about just getting new faces in to freshen things up , I was not impressed by DNG however watching boogica go nuts just before he scores is priceless and for that fact I am all for it

Thought DNG did a decent job for us but had hoped last summer we'd be signing better players.

Having watched BWP and Green in this league I think he'd probably make a bigger impact than either of them.

DNG will probably play on the right side/up front if he comes in. That doesn't get in the way of Harriott's progression.

Can't see that happening, unless Wilson loses both legs below the knee he must be one of the very first names on the team sheet by now, as a midfielder of course. And there is no point spending money on a loan on a back up when Green or Wagstaff can both cover there already, and on comparable or lower wages.

If he is then he has an extremely strong weaker foot. We know how he plays but here's a video of him playing for Leicester in the Championship:

Excellent moment in the clip right at the end. Celebrating a goal with Kermo and Morrison.

DNG not rated by millwall suporters.

We didn't rate Hudson, he's now captain of the team running away with the division. Leicester didn't rate Kermorgant.

Sheff Weds fans did not rate Morrison either.
TBH, neither Morro or Kermy (although he's been injured) have set the Champs alight with us this season.
  • Rather see Harriot in the team tbh but I suppose DNG will be replacement for Waggy and / or Green.

I actually thought DNG did well for us last year. He looked a threat and did score some goals. However i tend to agree with the feeling of "is he better than what we have already" and i agree no he isn't. Fuller and Kerm are both better in my opinion. Haynes if he could stay fit is a lot better also. if BWP could get some confidence and look a little more interested he is definitley better than DNG. If we are going to bring another striker in (and personally i think we need too with Fuller and Haynes injuries problems) we have to bring in someone better than what we have. We haven't had much luck with young Prem strikers coming on loan to us, but other teams seem to be able to find them. I hope our scouts are looking there.

we also need someone creative in the midfield. Would like to see more of Harriot
  • I would have thought that if DNG was to come in then it might be on a permanant deal rather than loan. He's not wanted at Millwall and they need him off their books. No one is going to pay a fee so I would expect Millwall to terminate his contract as the only feasible way of getting shot.

My mistake callum ;) cheers for vid , saw morro at end of that vid too
  • I would be very disappointed as the Scum recruited Hulse and now want rid of DNG. Hulse would have been a much better option for us.

Hulse was ok for us but was yet another player lacking pace.

    Connor Wickham to Sheff Weds.

Fits in well with their style of play!

The Nigerian lad who was tweeting a month or so ago saying he was signing for charlton has said he has signed a pre-contract agreement with us

Now if you'd called it a rumour and just added FACT on the end, you'd be fine. Inattention to little details like that will get the clique on your back real quick. [winky thing]
