  • Todorov = Useless and lazy - Dicko pacey and good!
  • I think the Plymouth game was the day Dicko truly arrived. I thought he was an absolute joy to watch, not a single Plymouth player knew what to do with him. Brilliant. More of the same please.
  • [cite]Posted By: Oggy Red[/cite]We've been a bit unlucky with the long term injuries to Racon and ZZ this year, two players who could provide skill and determination in their game.

    Where's Mr Ambrose...?
I've not heard him mentioned in dispatches recently.

I suspect Ambrose will only feature again if Soares returns to Villa and there are injuries and suspensions to other players. His current deal expires at the end of the season and I presume he's been offered a new contract, but at a lower salary than he's currently getting, consequently Ambrose is keeping his options open and as he's not likely to be around next season and was hardly playing well when he did feature Parky is preferring players who want to get involved.
  • I sincerely hope Ambrose has NOT been offered a new deal, even at a pitance for a salary.
  • I agree with Henry about not getting too carried away. Part of it for me with Chris, and I guess a number of us, is the allure of a talented amateur, plucked from obscurity, and suddenly becoming the saviour of the club. It's largely fantasy of course and I wouldn't want to pile too much pressure on Chris, but this does have that kind of feel about it.

Lets get back to reality. We can perhaps accept that maybe the managers felt hitherto that he was not enough of a team player. He is now in the team, I really hope he takes this opportunity.
  • I am Andrew Mills
  • We've known that for years Lookie.....:0)

I would be sincerely surprised if Ambrose has been offered a new deal.
