Performance related pay....well done that man. If the players do not care about the club and will not play for the shirt it could be the only other way to motivate them! You'll be mazed how much effort someone will put, how they will put their body on the line, if they realise that if they loose they get f**k all. Especially if they got to put fuel in the Bentley etc etc.
