  • Reading all this has made me quite emulsional.
  • Completely pointless competition given that you have to play 6 of your favourable 11, when promotion is far more important.

Seen us at Wembley twice, blackburn, (mickey mouse cup, waste of time) and 1998 , fantastic, nuff said.

1998 will never be bettered for pure excitement so i'll doubt i'll ever go wembley again unless we are in the cup final (Dreaming ) or another play off final.

JPT doesn't count in my book
  • Lost my poxy post again. Aaagh!
  • when is the game anyway?

    6th Oct
  • Will we be promoted by then ....?
  • I'd quite enjoy a Wembley final v Leeds. We won't get many better chances to play at Wembley unless we make another play off final.
  • How come its taking so long for the clubs to agree pricing, surely Barnet are not trying to get a high ticket price.

    £5 I'll definetly go, £10 .. not sure

It's the takeover. New owners want £25 to keep the riff-raff out.

    £10 that would be outrageous ! A whole £10!

Just what i was thinking. That extra fiver will clearly tip Kap10 over the edge

Also the official site says "Charlton will be taking the tournament seriously, with manager Phil Parkinson forced to comply with competition rules regarding the selection of his starting line-up." Clearly that means that every club will be taking the competition seriously then? Unless of course we rest Semedo, Shelvey, Sam, Baily and Racon.
