[cite]Posted By: Ketman[/cite]Come on tell the truth, on the way home last night was giving serious thought to not bothering.
However, out of duty I'll be there...anyone else ?
Er, I was thinking of not bothering before the match! Not because of rubbish football but because it's cold and I hate Monday night games. But as my brother doesn't want to go on his own, I've been talked into it now. I'll be the one supporting the team on my own as nobody else seems to bother in my area.
I'm gonna try and get there early to spit and snarl at the sky cameras, then raid the club shop for some of those truly superb trinkets. Many a lady will be wooed woth them!
Monday clubs have gone shit in pubs now anyway, if you didn't go then watched us win (long shot I know) on the box then started going again you are the lowest form of splitting plastic supporter.
You could hardly go down the boozer and watch it anyhow could you? Everyone would see all the empty seats on the tv and ask why you weren't there as there was loads of empty seats.... You would then be revoked of any rights to dig out armchair supporters ever again.
Bleurgh
The only acceptable excuse would be a bed fellow of Tiffany from eastenders proportions promising to let you do her up.............
I'll miss it because of being in the land of the two heads, otherwise would be there, how could i miss the first in our unbeaten run to the end of the season
I'll be going but then again it's only my second game of the season. The other was the meek surrender to Bristol City. I've only suffered from afar this season so can only imagine the dross most on here have had to endure.
Well I could go to my company Christmas do instead, but to be honest I'd rather sit in the cold for a couple of hours, surrounded (possibly less closely than normal in truth) by a bunch of moaning minnies, occasionally getting a bit too overexcited by events on the pitch, hopefully having a bit of a sing (East Stand choir, let's be 'avin' you) and then braving the public transport system for a couple of hours to get home.
Nope, dont have an ST, its my day off and wont be arsed to drive down the A2 for something thats on the box anyway, petrol, ticket price, cant drink as I will be driving, 2 weeks from Christmas, plus I hope to be harbouring a large hangover from a very rare Sunday drinking session without having to worry about work the next day.
I would love to be there but the Mrs booked that date for a social thing way before the game was changed to the Monday, no babysitter available and I should not leave my 8, 5 and 1 year olds home alone. So Sky for me.
One plus' I only missed one other game at the valley this season, guess which one?
what a stupid thread. Any true supporter wouldn't have to think twice about not going. I'm getting peed off with negative threads like this. Support your team and moan about it afterwards but at least support them first.

any true supporter just wants to watch their team.If they have a season ticket, they have already contributed,so if it's on tv why do they have to attend ?

Shit forgot we were on TV!!
Nothing will keep me away from there, unless the temperature drops below 4*C
Think I'm coming down with the bug that's been doing the rounds at work...
COME ON U ADDICKS!!!
See ya at wembley!
Toe curling. Bet the players wanna cry.
I genuinely can't think of one good reason to go on Monday but would never consider staying away.
Will have to rush home from work. HATE 7.45 kick offs.
Not really looking forward to it, as deep down I don't think there will be any change.
However if we have a new manager, followed by a win. We might be able to put up a bit of a fight for the rest of the season.
though I will be able to experience the full horror live and direct at Carrow Road the following Saturday

Reading.
I am gutted because although I depressed I still go everyweek hoping it will be the turning point and that we will start winning soon.
