[cite]Posted By: Rorzzman[/cite]Paulo Di Canio next charlton boss - FACT

Flew into the country yesterday, took in the West Ham game last night, and is meeting with our board this afternoon. Will be announced as new manager before the game tonight and will come out before the game and give a wave.

My mate who works for a large cement company told me this is concrete. His wife works in our club shop and we put a large order in yesterday for for the individual letters of his surname to go on the back of shirts.

    Forza Charlton !

    Are these hard facts?
I think I can reinforce them
  • Di canio was just on sky sports, he said he'd like to coach west sham, but would love to start his managerial career at "super charlton". :-)
  • Does anyone have the latest odds for our next manager?

  • Lol, Adam ......!

Those 2 pictures of Di Mented Di Canio show one thing - the passion and feeling he can generate.
We haven't seen that for a while, have we?

Crikes, if he was manager here he'd scare our dopey bunch shitless.

    :o)
  • gota be De Canio then.

  • Cheers Oggy, the 2nd di canio tho is a bit worrying tho..
  • Yeah, but he was only having a go at the Boo Boys.

Hey, that's the answer - The Covered End will be too scared to boo.
He can have Kung Fu Cantona as his Assistant.

    ;o)

thats what swayed it with me. The thought of Carlo doing that a Greenwich Council meeting ------------i would buy tickets to see.

Oggy he has done it before he is right wing (and not in on the pitch way)

based on what he did with us(pic 1) and his passion would love Di Canio here, pic 2 is scary tho
  • Did anyone read Asterix as a kid? - the Ave salute is as old as the Roman Empire calling it fascist may be true but Hitler borrowed it from Mussolini and Mussolini borrowed it from Julius Ceasar......and Julius Ceasar was just an imperialist and a one nation Italy man...busy invading the likes of us and Gaul.
  • Whoops looks like my comment has snowballed a bit. When I said it I was saying it in a tongue in cheek kinda way, spose that doesnt come across on t'internet. I have no inside knowledge whatsoever but it seems like other people do and I fluked it right. Come on Di Canio get down here and install a new (fascist) regime.
  • guess some looney has applied for the job and whoever gets it has some work to do .
  • I don't mean to be stupid but he can have as heavily right wing views as he wants........

As long as he keeps us up...
