Dicko looked lively and passionate... especially went into the hoardings and was yelling at the kids in front to come on and cheer them when we won a corner.

Dicko was one of the few players who looked as though they were up for it. If he was trying too hard, it was because he's desperate to do well. How many others have that desire. Yes,he is a bit raw,but still did more when he came on than others had done all night. Whats the chances of him being given a run of starts in the team like Gray had when he came. How many games did it take him to score ? Something to do with the price tag maybe. It certainly doesn't look like a four million pound strikeforce to me.
Just to make clear i wasn't saying fans shouldn't give players stick. Just how some are so blinkered or have such an animosity towards one particular player they blame them for everything even when in no way their fault.
