[cite]Posted By: Brunello[/cite]Your comments only go to confirm what I have thought for a while and that is you and I watch completely different games.
Did I miss something here? Is there some sort of childish row going on between you and Irving? because, between you, me and the goalpost, I think he's got that as pretty close to spot on as its possible to get.

The only two things I may disagree with there are that I thought Gray was slightly better than 'OK' after coming on - I thought he was good, and that i wouldn't say Ipswich tried to play too much football - they were poor compared to many of the recent tractor boys teams I've seen at the Valley.

BTW, I'm discounting Chirpy's comments because he posts even more bollocks than I do

Firstly apologies for having an opinion.

    My thoughts were based on

I didnt think Ipswich came to play football I thought they were unusually petulant and nasty

I didnt think we had the rub of the green as everything seeemd to go Ipswichs way in terms of decisions

I thought that making the point about Semedo should have played in the middle was strange given he was one of our best players at right back and Holland did very well when he came on.

I thought Hudson was fantastic not just ok

I dont agree Campo looked class I thought he looked pedestrian.

Only my views but sorry again if I had a different opinionj from the supporters director. And no it isnt a childish row, he and I know each other relatively well.

    .

Stay tuned folks...there's more to come one feels!!

I thought there was a bit of edge on both sides and when it happened we stood up to it. Good for us and especially Kelly Youga and Bouazza. There was still some good passing and movement from both sides on a very windy day.

I think that the free kick for the goal was soft and we got a huge slice of luck with the 2nd goal so yes we got a bit of the rub of the green. Otherwise the Ref was all over the place and we should also have had a pen.

Semedo was very good at RB but I still think he should have been on early to firm up the midfield which Ipswich and Campo ran after Bailey went off until the 2nd half. Campo didn't move much but he passed the ball well.

Agree that Hudson was better than OK.

Any way you know what they say Those who can, play, those who can't, direct : - )
  • Why was Gray booked? From what i saw he was shoved and immediately turned to the ref to query it and got booked?
  • Let's clear up the Varney incident yes it was in the area ,no it wasn't a penalty he won the feckin ball,so once again the ref got it wrong on both counts.
