[cite]Posted By: Cafc #1[/cite]I would love to sell it out, sadly cant see there being more than 2200 bearing in mind last year was saturday 3.00 and as previously stated we obviously hadnt played them for a while.
The Shinanigans on the trains last year may also have put a few fans off who may have kids with them which is understandable. But i think we can make up for the reduced numbers if thats the case and just shout even louder : )
That and it'll cost £30, who wants to give money to Palace anyway?
I don't think it's a case of giving palarse money. It's a case of going to support your team against your local rivals and enjoying the moment when we beat them again, which we will and showing them we are No1 in South London.
I think, as I stated previously on this thread, that we will sell out as near as dammit and if we get some good results in the next few games then we will sell out completely. If I remember from the thread last year a lot of people on here were saying we weren't going to sell out and we did and it was even more difficult to get tickets as they were only on sale to season ticket holders right up until the last couple of days. We've got a few more tickets this time because there home support is so piss-poor.
So anyone who is wavering should be encouraged to part with there hard earned cash and show the spotty nigels what support a real team have.
If you only go to one away game in a season this is it.
Just bought 4 tickets and I'm even managing to drag along a Spurs supporting mate for the night, he came to the Reading game and is also coming on Saturday.
We've won every game he's been to (about 6 or 7) so fingers crossed his lucky mascot hat stays firmly on.
I reckon he'll be converted to Charlton by the end of the season.
I just rang up and a nice chap called Ben said we've sold the enitire 4000 allocation and they've now started selling tickets for the beamback at Bartrams.

if they've any left.
Whats the latest anyone ?
Two left I heard. Restricted views and the seats are broken. : -)
i'm sure the unloyal geordies would've have already sold it out but then they all live in london
if she is seriously saying 800 have been sold last night and this morning then they are obviously putting something in the tea in the ticket-office...
can we count them?;-)
We've been given all of the Sainbury's end as well to avoid this.
"sold just over 2,000".
So thats great or CAFC are making us think its selling faster than we thought so we all rush to buy before its sold out
