Isn't the point of Grey that he can play with his back to goal? As opposed to needing the ball infront of him like Varney & Dickson need? I've been quietly impressed with him so far, drops deep which centrebacks absolutely hate and makes holes for others in behind. Thought the difference between Reading and us were Grey and Varney outshone the more vaunted duo of Doyle and Lita

the confidence that I felt about charlton as a whole 4-5 yrs ago left me a while back , so for me , if we get ino the playoffs BIG bonus.....
