from someone over on addickted:
I was just at the Valley and saw Hudson and Wagstaff modelling what I assume are the new kits! Made by Joma and sponsored by Carbrini Sports wear. Both looked pretty good. But first impressions I like the Away kit better.
I didnt really get a proper close look but.......
Home: from the front it isn't symertrical. Kinda has a white band curving from one shoulder. There is white under the arms and across the top of the back (where the names go)
Away: White with black and red detailing. A thin red and black band intersecting where the badge goes. Kinda like an updated version of the away kit from the Bowyer era!
I'm pretty sure I spotted a sword emblem on the sleeve too!

Shows how hard it is to attract, particularly in the current market environment. Hope its only a short-term deal.
new blood - a new signing and perhaps the most prominent, photogenic youngster at the club... sorry Jonjo ;-)

Shows how hard it is to attract, particularly when things haven't gone well in the past:
Fads: Administration
Mesh: Re-privatisted, appeared in Watchdog for being crap
Redbus: Bought Out
All:Sports: Bust
Lllanera: Bust
What sort of marketing pitch can our commercial guys go out to business with, with a track record like that? "Sponsor Charlton and you can expect to look forward to a considerable period of sustained growth"? Perhaps "Sponsor Charlton and you'll be able to retire in no-time" would be more appropriate.
