    I think McCarthy is a liability who carries a great risk. We really must get better players than him if we are to challenge next year. I would get rid of him but he will probably be kept as a squad player, which is incidently what he was bought as.

    Bet Jon Fortune is glad he turned down Stoke City. Bit like some of his decisions on the pitch! Is he injured?
