Matt Holland is on Irish radio doing premiership games, he is pretty crap. I like Minto and Salako, both of them talk sense and are quiet knowledgable of each of the leagues.
Scott Minto is a really good reporter. Be good if Browny got picked up by a bigger station.
If Mark Bright is on I turn the sound or the TV off. He only knows one approach - to tell players on the pitch what they SHOULD have done, in a really pained, whiny voice (and that's not even the accent I'm criticising, which grates even more).
"Whhhhyyyyy didn't he do this? Why did he do that? He should have done this!" - seriously, next time you hear him ask yourself if I'm really that far wrong. For me, Bright is the single worst TV co-commentator of all time, which is saying a heck of a lot!
I love that Sky have such little respect for Dowie that they send him to obscure games, when any other ex-manager gets to sit in the studio.
Browny's great not heard enough of Minto, but my fave player so I'd be positive whatever.
Bradley Allen's OK, and I liked Peacock before he became a priest; not that I don't like him now just he ain't on tv.
Brighty's at the level of a journeyman ITV pro... it makes me laugh when he randomly get's excited and jet washes an irrelevant word with a raised octave. Plus I find it interminable watching players like Brighty criticise say a forward for being profligate. I'm sorry excuse me, Brighty was profligate when he was dropping his biscuits at tea time. I quaintly remember him missing the huge ammount of chances he had in the 93 finals, making him the main culprit for Sheff Wed's failure.
As for Crooky, clearly a clever guy just someone who works on oval logic. He never quite get's to the point, before he starts to bend logic into a peculiar tangent and manages to bring it back round without saying anything. Garth Crooks is possibly the single worst interviewer in sports television at this time. Whilst ITV get the banal ex-pros, at least they've stuck with journos like Gabriel Clarke and Ned Boulting for interviewing. The BBC's fetish with grey ex-pros, is a sad nail in the already awful history of sports journalism in the UK

Not a big radio listener but for TV, do not mind most of the names mentioned including Salako/Minto etc except of course Dowie.

Is he still doing it? I know he's coaching at Brighton.
Thank you Sky for transporting me to my stalking teens everytime i see him ;-)
Mind you, think Carlo may of had a word with him, can't see Scott doing Charlton Live anytime soon ;-)
The studio pundits were Matt Holland and Iain Dowie.
Seems like Matt Holland is getting about a bit.
I think the best is Scott minto
I love listening to browny commentating on us because you know he is feeling it when we were good he was excited. When we were shit he was so annoyed
I think this is the EPL's network based in London and sold all over the world.
