Jimmy - I really use UKNova most of the time & it's always on there an hour or so after the show has finished screening in the UK - not sure about the Box although i have seen it up there.
I guess Torrentspy would be a good place to look as well.

Just my luck, first I get flu and have been off all week and the only match i,ve missed this season and then Charlton manage to score 3 goal before Half time.Maybe I should get flu more often!

On the Ipswich commentary, they are talking about Palace - if scores stay the same Palace will be in the play off positions - after being 23rd on Nov 9th when Neil Warlock took over. (

I've even purchaed a piece of software to 'hide' my IP address so that I can listen to commentaries but unfortunately this software does not really 'hide' your address but replace it with another in another country. No good to try to avoid the 'UK user' crap.
