I wont be there i know its only cheap but after the poor displays of late i would rather spend my hard earned cash on something that wont get me screaming in anger kicking chairs and standing in disbelief at the carp im seeing n the feild of play.

Must say its the first time in years that i have missed a cup game but i just cant bring myself to go
  • 11,500 and No.

Have to say that NYD sealed that.
  • 7000 - 8000 Charlton fans I imagine, I think WBA are bringing 3000 or so due to the free travel. Will be embarassing.
  • 13,422 and Yes, getting my ticket this arvo.
  • I'm going. Reckon the crowd will be less than the number of players QPR have signed this week (seven and counting, makes a mockery of this 'takes weeks to do a transfer' rubbish we are spun with).
  • [cite]Posted By: Henry Irving[/cite]There were just over 8000 at Stockport so...

With it being cheap, West Brom bringing a few, being on a Saturday then 14, 957 unless it snows in which case the game will be called off due to slippery pavements around the ground.

Yes I'm going, I still have a special feeling for the FA Cup despite our cup form plus I'll be able to say that I saw the dawning of the new era when a new look Charlton side first took shape.

know something we don't Henry ?

Yes I do. I know on which current Championship ground Manchester United once played a European Cup Winners cup match.

Other than that no, just wishful thinking : - )
  • I was going to go but, as for Stanmore, NYD changed my mind, so no.

    11,701
  • Even if we only get 10 or 11,000 Charlton supporters (+ the Baggies contingent), at least
they'll be the supporters that chose to go and hopefully full of enthusiasm.

No doubt they'll be watching a re-jigged team with some young hungry players desperate for a 1st team place
    - which might just provide the performance that we've all been craving.
