Some really bizarre times. But someone tell me how Campbell keeps getting a start? He literally adds nothing.

Only 7/9 subs warming up, might mean changes, might mean they badly timed a trip to the bogs

One thing I'll say for Kaminski, he might be the only player in our team whose free kicks clear the first man
Just a shame he cant catch
  • Southampton 3-0 Leicester, the away side are down to ten men too

They're close to scoring five in the first half again given it only KO'd at 8pm that one

He needs to make wholesale changes at half time.
I know it could probably end up with more damage, but nobody in this current side should be allowed to feel their place is safe after such a shocking performance

Golfie being banned from CL surely has to be the most entertaining CAFC event in the last 50 or so mins!

    Welcome back mate
    Thanks.

Thought I'd pop back just to wind a few of you up. Is easily done tbf 😂
Then you can take a time out and come back tomorrow.

Ithard enough when the chips are down without a fully grown adult being so OTT and silly to wind up others.

A 25 year ban seems more reasonable

At least we can’t concede at half time
    Never say never!
  • Must say I haven’t rated TC in the last 5 or 6 games, can’t score goals and can’t win a ball to save his life I don’t know how he’s still in the starting xi every game

I don’t really know how to feel. This 11 just isn’t Championship standard and cannot compete with this Stoke side.

Everything that can go wrong, is going wrong.

Flukey first goal. Should’ve tightened up. Second is so poor. 3rd sums up Kaminski’s efforts so far this year.

Macca (Let go by a relegated Plymouth) Docherty(Let go by a nearly related Hull) Berry, Leaburn - how many of these guys even make the bench for other Champ sides?

We have to utilise the loan market in January. We just do not have enough quality or dynamism in this side.

Have we be found out or are we just going through a sour patch?

    Realistic half time subs

    Apter > TC

Tanto > Miles (seems pointless though, hardly our problem)

    Anderson > Doc

    Knibbs > Berry

Bell (fitness depending) > Macca/one of the midfielders and revert back to a back 5
  • Need to try something different. Confidence is shot. Losing runners, losing the midfield battles, and playing long ball to Leaburn too often. Need some better passing and someone to run and cross - seems to work for them.

Only 3 conceded this half and people are moaning that they haven't seen an improvement since Saturday

Someone needs to come on and cripple Sorba Thomas for those goal celebrations. Absolute gimp.

Performance worries me more than the scoreline.

Goals against us (this game) have been flukey but the general poorness hasn't been.

Honestly mate, people come on here to support charlton and have sensible discussion and all you want to do is come and piss people off when we are being spanked, what’s it all about? Serious question because I’m a bit daft and don’t get it.

    Anderson sure.

Gough and Fullah - could not think of a worse time to kill their confidence

Sour patch, injuries catching up with a lack of balance to the team hurting us...

We've changed the back line three times in 45-mins tonight for example

Yet even with this defeat, we're still only three points away from the Play-Offs, however these two defeats are proof as to why if you can't win, dont concede, because the most frustrating thing is the fact our Goal Difference is taking a pounding, any more goals and they'll be televising our games on PornHub!!

We let in 8 goals in 90 minutes of play and you think Campbell is the problem. Amazing insight

The worrying thing for me is how much we spent on Knibbs, Apter and Tanto combined, yet Jones clearly doesn’t trust any of them to start. Even if they wouldn’t transform us overnight, at least giving them minutes would mean they’re half up and running when we actually need them.

Looking back, it’s turning into a shocking transfer window — hindsight and all that, but still.
