Bowie and Zach on the bench for Hibs today.
    Changes
  • Gough seems capable and can actually turn when needing to chase a ball.
Problem is, Gough is very injury prone.

If Godden is fit enough he goes straight into our squad. If he gets back to full fitness this season I’d love to see him with Kelman. It would be stupid to even consider loaning him out.

First through the door an U21 left wing back from a top four Premiership Club. A Striker after that. They are also working on a deal for Bree.

I think it will be Callum Scanlon.

I like the sound of this (loan LWB) and makes sense coz when Edwards comes back... Bree is worth a deal. Striker worth buying / investing in to 'job share' with Leaburn. Could do with one of them powerhouse prem youngsters who can gallop up and down all day at LWB an need similar up top. Wonder if we could do a deal with Stockport re Tanto? They got anyone we could use?

Washington has just turned 18, Scanlon and Sousa are 20 with previous loan experience surely it would make sense to bring in either of those

Goddenole says it's a Liverpool player, so either Scanlon or Luke Chambers

Recall Goddenole being quite reliable in the summer as well

Played about 3 games for them before getting seriously injured has scored though so he’s already more effective in the final 3rd than the other 90% of our squad

    Third hand? In Norwich then.
    That's our new keeper

Both Chambers and Scanlon seem to be injury prone.

    Get them in the building.

Was looking on FM, as well Luke Chambers and Calum Scanlon as left footed LWBs, Liverpool have Clae Ewing. Seems less likely as he’s 19 and never been on loan.

All three were injured at the start of the season.

Liverpool also have Josh Davidson, but he’s a right footer RB/RWB who can also play on the left. Also never been on loan.

Any truth in Godden to Gills?
No ..Godden is due back after Chelsea game .. back in the day 1 month loan deal for him to get fit would be perfect but you don’t see that anymore
Golden won’t be back after the Chelsea game. It won’t be till February. I have heard that even then it is not guaranteed.
Richard Cawley saying he's heard it going be more then a couple signings this window, and club are going be sensible with money available and their talk of Godden not far away from a return to action

So James Bree, Callum Scanlon and then a striker potentially Lyndon Dykes as our january window from the rumours?

I'd hope we could do better, Scanlon apart.

Bree has shown he can be quality, it’s only the crossing/set pieces he’s seriously struggling with defensively he’s looked very consistent throughout

He’s clearly suffering from something, not running as well as he was when he was first here. When he’s fully fit he’s a good player for this level, be happy if we sign him
