Coventry are laying down a very big marker for this season. Whoever finishes above them will be doing very well.
Yes, very impressive 0-5 up at Wendies so far...

Surely MUST be an injury to Bell .. otherwise admirable consistency in team selection.
I  did think that Nathan might have rested a couple, BUT of course International week is imminent and surely that'll be the time for some r n r

Can’t wait for the usual suspects for when/if we lose away to them despite them scoring goals for fun

Definitely Bree on the left, last 10 mins or so against Blackburn that's where he played, suspect that was Jones practicing it in a game to see if it worked when Edwards was injured and he reckoned the game was over as a contes

highlights, PNE at Hull .. Small scored a terrific goal, BUT i m o Hull saw him as a weak link in defence. 2nd half they concentrated on attacking his wing and both their goals came from his poor positioning in defence .. n.b. Nathan lol

Probably will be but we'll lose a lot of his attacking ability and Ramsay isn't the best going forward. Might be less disruptive to play Ramsay on that side.

Very good results for us today so far

I’ll never get there in time for kick off. The 1520 from Gatwick lands at 1650.

Reckon he has a knock that will also keep him out of the upcoming Jamaica squad.

TK has to show far more ownership of his area today what with the high winds and rain predicted.

With the wind and rain it might actually be safer to punch which suits him
  • Conditions dry in Preston at the moment with just a bit of a breeze.

Can only assume Bell has had a knock and not trained for the full week
    He looked knackered against Derby

Well it’ll either prove a tactical master stroke or overthinking and unnecessary  tinkering - something to which Jones has not always been immune.

I’m not super keen on Ramsay at right back if that is where he lines up. For our shape to work, whoever is on that side needs to be an effective outlet in attack, probably more importantly than their defensive contributions. Ramsay has never looked especially good once he gets high into those right winger type areas - case in point that wasted opportunity late on vs Derby. Bree very much has offered that so I hope, if we’re trying this special measure because of Small, it’s Ramsay on the left. His pace and power would probably also be a better match.up with Small.

I rate Small but I’m not sure he’s worth changing our team specifically to negate him. Hope this isn’t because he’s got under NJ’s skin. There’s a much bigger picture here than getting one over a person who jilted you.

Might just be knacked after 2 games at wing-back.
