Shame Faes isn't playing, he has a couple of mistakes in him too. Think he's off this week. Asking a lot of a 16 year old to start games. I know they were PL last season but there's not much there to be frightened of.
Pleased for Miles, he can really push on if he stays fit.
I didn’t think it would be long until Fullah took Berry’s place on the bench. He’s the future and more versatile and being a sub for Apter may be the way we ease him into the team. Knibbs offers the goal threat that Berry would bring from the bench.

Agreed. It's hard to see us using both Knibbs and Berry from the bench
Hmm yeah, good point, forgot about Mannion being absent
Unless Jones is just rotating him and Ashley.
Mannion just resumed training at Sparrows as per Nathan, don't know about Berry??
Mannion played against Stevenage though
Don't shoot..just relaying what I heard, sometimes the silence is deafening from the club...
You think he might be the Goalkeeper on the move mate?
Does read that way don't it...🤔
Given that Ashley has already admitted that he's happy to fight for his place here, and Will is in and out of the team at the moment, I'd be inclined to agree... Be a shame to see him depart, but after last season I feel it wouldn't be right to see him waste away on the bench.
They're the two names now, with Kanu having departed on loan to watch between now and the window closing next week for sure... Especially with Cambridge on the horizon on Tuesday night.
On Berry, I’m confident Fullah will show this season he’s the better player. He’s too good for NJ to leave out.
He’s got so much potential, I think he’s taken a bit longer to be involved with the first team because his strengths aren’t his physical attributes compared to players like Gomez and Shelvey, who could compete really well physically in the first team at 16/17.
Jones said Mannion had an accident after the Stevenage game and that's why he missed the Bristol match but is back in training. Maybe today comes too soon on his return
So, my seat is right behind the external press. Ex-players covering the game for the various media outlets are Scott Minto, David Nugent and Matt Elliott. Mints and Elliott talking about the game today and Matt Elliott says he fancies Charlton strongly. This is of course from an eavesdropped conversation..

It was the most sinister sounding description of a player’s injury I’ve ever heard. It was as like a mob boss making a threat. “ Nice goalkeeper you have there, would be a shame if he were to have a small accident!”
I’m desperate to see Kelman do well here, but I absolutely don’t mind Leaburn in for Kelman based on how effective they’ve each of them has looked in their appearances so far. I’m also desperate to see Leaburn live up to his full potential.
