    If the club wants to maximise revenue they should open the ticket line on a bloody matchday! We were at the ticket office at 9.30 as my dad's season ticket hadnt arrived. Was originally told to go to the west stand office. But then redirected to north collection point. There were three girls in the west stand office and a couple of empty windows. Im assuming these would have been staffed that morning too? How difficult is it to get someone operating a phone or to at least explain somewhere that tickets are not available online after a certain time? Or a simple message on the phone line saying tickets only available on the day from the ground? Does seem a little amateurish to me and obvs frustrating for @Off_it

    Sorry to hear of this experience.   Very frustrating.   

    Don’t give up your lad @Off_it.  Going to be a roller coaster of a season.   As was said in the CAST Zoom earlier in the week, we will probably lose 20 games, so good to get him used to the  disappointment early!  

    But I do think it will be great campaign.

    It was the most bizarre post ever - we lost a potential fan as sales went off the internet 2 hours before KO to accommodate walk ups !

    Charlton have been emailing me for fun over the summer to buy tickets for this game - even when I had one. No one has commented they have over promoted ! Been a laugh though ..
