Beautiful away shirt and kit. Love it and the keeper one. Gonna be an expensive season!1
-
Can imagine a few chants from oppo fans at away games of:
"Is that a J Cloth?"
Both shirts too fussy for me but I don't buy them so I'm not the target audience.
Like the reference to Addicks and Arthur Bryan. If you know your history.
Much prefer the badge to be the badge but just the hand and sword has been used a lot recently. I think it dilutes the "brand" but hey.
Lets see if the black and gold is better or worse.5 -
I went to the club shop over bwater and I agree about the material. It’s like them turkey knock offs material.0
-
I'd imagine as the home and away are quite "fussy" the third is probably just going to be a plain black shirt, with a collar, with metallic gold badge, logo and sponsor.

Never thought I's say this but the quality of the material of the Castore shirts was much better (excluding the logos constantly falling off).
But the material itself was far better than the Reebok home kit!0 -
Anybody spot this cameo in the video? It's Ed Warrick, our Group Finance Director8 -
No infant away kits available and no infant GK kits again, JNR is gonna end up with a Man UTD kit from his nan at this rate.
EDIT: Infant away now live !1 -
Just seen it. Looks like either Coventry or Man City.....or someone's just dropped a tin of blue paint !
Not a fan. But then it's not aimed at me I suppose.0 -

I don't buy kits anyway, but like this and much prefer it to the home it.0

Bloody tax puts me off.
What with that and ETAs, the UK is making quite a name for itself (and not a nice one).0 -
I like the shirt and socks
Don’t think much of the shorts.
Love the badge. I’d like to get rid of the concentric circles altogether and work on this as a new badge design with CAFC ornately integrated into into it - like a mix of two 1970s logos I remember.0 -
The fact it’s split people shows it’s good. Better than being vanilla.14
-
I really like the look of it. Will probably get this over the home shirt this season. My only complaint with all football shirts is that they never look as good on me as on a professional athlete.4

If Roland Ducahtelet was a football shirt!
Yuk1 -
I quite like it. Depends how good we are in the shirt to cement how much I like it though0

Doc with a subtle dig at Castore here

I like it.
Don't often buy shirts but this looks like a good one for wearing on a nice holiday in the sunshine 🌞😎2 -
When is the third kit likely to be released?0

Designed by Reebok, the bespoke kit takes inspiration from the club’s roots. The all-over tonal aquatic blue, white, and grey fish scale pattern pays tribute to legendary local fishmonger Arthur Bryan. Charlton’s nickname, The Addicks, originates from the haddock meals Bryan provided to players - and he was also believed to be one of the club’s earliest sponsors.

Agree with whoever said overall the Reebok kits are too fussy. But the previous Castore kits, as nice as they were, were plain so it’s a bit of a change I guess.

No 6-7 yr old kits for 8-10 weeks, spoke to the shop today.2

Oh dear that shirt has really annoyed me... because I can't not buy it (for the boy). Looks good.
Hopefully we get a naff 3rd shirt, I could do without more outlay.0 -
So on a scale of 1-10 do we like it or not? ! 😉😆
